In a global rollout early this morning, WhatsApp pushed out its most substantial update yet in 2025, releasing over 20 new features focused on AI integration, privacy controls, multi-account flexibility, and productivity tools. The update is live on Android (version 2.25.130) and iOS (version 24.13.10).
“Our goal this year is to make WhatsApp your most secure, personal, and intelligent digital space,” said Meta’s Head of Messaging Products, Will Cathcart, in a press briefing.
